At Xenos Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.

• 3.
  Secure the Shipment

  Place your jewelry in its original Xenos gift box and mail it back to us via any authorized carrier drop-off location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
